The road is in need of replacement and has been assigned as a test location for circular design: it is to become the first fully circular road in the Netherlands, using only local residual materials. The construction, design and test phase is therefore not subject to the usual time pressure, there is room for experimentation and creativity.<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\\\"Default\\\"><span lang=\\\"EN-US\\\">The problem with a circularly constructed road is this: the new road will largely look exactly like the old one. The circular and green character will remain invisible to the general public.
